Privacy notice

This notice covers this informational website and the private AI HQ Discovery research workflow. It distinguishes current use from the proposed Pinterest API integration.

This is an informational website for an internal research project. Pinterest API access is pending; the site does not offer public sign-in, shopping or account connections.

1. Operator and scope

AI HQ Discovery is a working project name, not a claim of company incorporation. The project is intended for the operator’s own product research, not access by external customers or other Pinterest account holders.

Operator: AI HQ, an independently operated research project. AI HQ is the operating name used by the project owner responsible for this website and research workflow; it is not represented as an incorporated company.

Public contact email: aicommercehq@gmail.com.

This notice does not cover a future online shop. A shop, customer accounts, order processing or marketing activity would require their own accurate disclosures before those features launch.

2. Data and purposes

DataUse and current position
Research observationsCategory names, product identifiers, source links, capture dates, geography, rankings, relative-interest figures and review notes support comparison and further investigation.
Operator account informationConnected services may identify the operator’s business/account. The proposed Pinterest connection is for that operator’s account only; it is not a sign-in service for the public.
Authorisation credentialsThe proposed connection would use OAuth credentials held in the private automation service. No Pinterest credential is currently configured for this project. Credentials are not included in this public website or research reports.
Contact correspondenceIf you contact the operator, the operator would use your contact information and message to respond and handle the request. Please use aicommercehq@gmail.com for these requests.
Website delivery informationCloudflare Pages delivers this website. Cloudflare may process IP addresses, routing data and request/security information to deliver and protect it. We do not operate a separate visitor-log database.

This static website contains no visitor registration, contact form, advertising pixel, analytics script, third-party font or social-media embed. The website itself does not set cookies or use browser storage. Cloudflare may separately process technical information as described in its privacy policy.

Research figures described as aggregate or relative interest are not represented as individual purchase histories. The app is not designed to collect customer order data, payment details or private messages.

For necessary website delivery, account administration, security and responding to enquiries, our purpose is to operate and protect this project and respond to the person contacting us. Where personal information is involved, we rely on legitimate interests in those activities; you may object by contacting us. We do not use these details for an advertising mailing list or make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people.

3. Proposed Pinterest integration

The proposed read-only integration would request aggregate trending keywords, reported growth values and relative-interest histories through Pinterest’s API. The available regional context may combine Great Britain and Ireland; it must not be described as UK-only evidence.

The current app does not request access to Pins or Boards, publish content, manage campaigns or upload customer audiences. Live API access has not been verified. Existing research includes assisted captures of the Trends website.

AI HQ Discovery does not provide a public Pinterest account connection flow. The operator can revoke its own authorisation through Pinterest and remove the associated credential from the automation service. Any future sharing of access, additional scopes or personal-data processing would require an updated notice and appropriate authorisation.

Pinterest independently explains its own service in its privacy policy.

4. Storage, access and providers

Current research records are held in the operator’s private n8n Cloud workspace and local project files. Access is intended for the operator and services the operator has authorised. Research source providers, automation hosting, website hosting and email services may each process information according to their role.

This website does not display the private workflow editor, credentials, private account identifiers or research database. The current research design does not send customer or order information to Pinterest.

Website hosting is provided by Cloudflare Pages, automation by n8n Cloud, and contact email by Google Gmail. These services may process information outside the UK; we do not promise UK-only storage. Cloudflare explains its international-transfer safeguards, including applicable contractual mechanisms, in its data processing addendum and describes technical-data handling in its privacy policy. See also n8n’s privacy information and Google’s privacy policy. These providers may also act independently for their own account, security and legal purposes.

5. Retention and deletion

Current dated research captures are retained for historical comparison. They do not currently have an automated deletion schedule; records remain until removed from the relevant storage. There is no automated fixed deletion period.

Contact messages are kept while the enquiry, follow-up or a related dispute remains open, and afterwards only where needed for an applicable legal or security reason. Account information and credentials are kept while the corresponding service connection is needed; unused credentials should be revoked and removed. Removal is handled manually, rather than by an automatic timer. Technical records and backups retained by providers follow their applicable service policies; we do not set or promise a universal provider-log deletion period. Requests are assessed across the relevant email and workflow records, rather than deleting a website copy alone.

6. Questions and your choices

Where data-protection law applies, you may have rights to information, access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, depending on the circumstances and legal basis. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it.

You can contact aicommercehq@gmail.com to ask about information held about you or make a request. Do not send passwords, access tokens or payment details in a privacy enquiry.

You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. This notice is informed by the ICO’s privacy-information guidance; it is not a claim of regulatory approval.

7. Changes to this notice

The notice will be updated when the app’s data use, service providers, permissions or public features change. This version is effective from 31 October 2026. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
